This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of digital goods, services, and donations provided by AROICE ("we", "us", or "our"). By making a purchase or donation through our website or associated platforms, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Digital Goods and Products

Due to the nature of digital products and the inability to "return" digital items, all sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads
  • E-books
  • Software licenses
  • Digital templates and resources
  • Access to digital content or courses
Important: Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, no refund will be provided.

2. Digital Services

For digital services that are scheduled for future delivery (such as consulting sessions, custom development work, etc.):

2.1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled service: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before scheduled service: 50% refund or rescheduling available
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled service: No refund available, but one-time rescheduling may be offered at our discretion

2.2. Cancellation by AROICE

If we need to cancel a scheduled service for any reason, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • Rescheduling at a mutually convenient time

3. Subscription Services

For any subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period

4. Donations

All donations made to AROICE are generally non-refundable. However, we recognize that mistakes can happen:

Accidental Donations: If you believe you have made a donation in error (wrong amount, duplicate payment, etc.), please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the donation. Include details about the donation and the reason for the refund request.

Each refund request for donations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the circumstances of the donation.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using a digital product or service you purchased:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]
  • Provide detailed information about the issue, including any error messages and the steps you've taken to resolve it
  • We will work with you to resolve the technical issues
  • If the issues cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts, a refund may be issued at our discretion

6. Request Process

To request a refund or cancellation:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order/transaction ID, date of purchase, and the product/service purchased
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. If approved, refunds will typically be processed within 5-10 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
